This is the way this name appears to me to be spelled on the census, B-A-B-E-R. If this is incorrect it is the fault of this census' enumerator, Mr. Kellow, either because he did not write clearly enough or because he did not write the complete name. It is an unusual name, so possibly he meant to write Barbara, or something else. But this is purely speculation.
